piimanAgreement and eligibility
These terms are between you and Kittichot Kamalapirat, the operator of Piiman in Bangkok 10210, Thailand. By using Piiman, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must agree for you.
App license
Your license to use the iPhone app is governed by the Apple Standard EULA. These terms supplement that license for Piiman’s accounts, hosted services, user content, and subscriptions. If they conflict on the app license itself, the Apple Standard EULA controls.
Accounts
Piiman creates a private guest account so you can begin without registering. You may protect it using email, Apple, or Google. You are responsible for maintaining control of your authentication method and for activity performed through your account.
Deleting an account is permanent. Reinstalling the app may not delete credentials stored by the device.
Your content and recipe sources
You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant Piiman a limited license to host, process, reproduce, translate, and transform it only as needed to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for having the right to submit source material. Imported recipes may refer to third-party creators and websites. Piiman keeps source attribution where available but does not grant rights to third-party content.
AI-assisted results and food safety
Piiman uses automated systems to extract, translate, verify, and enrich recipes. Results can be incomplete or wrong. Review ingredients, quantities, cooking temperatures, allergens, dietary restrictions, and source material before relying on a recipe.
Piiman is not medical, nutritional, or emergency advice. Do not use it as the only safeguard for an allergy or health condition.
Subscriptions
Piiman Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple. The app shows the plan, localized price, billing period, trial eligibility, and renewal terms before Apple asks you to confirm.
Only eligible customers receive an introductory trial. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period or trial ends, the subscription renews automatically. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies. Restoring purchases requires the same Apple account used to subscribe.
If Pro expires, saved recipes remain available. Free-tier import and planning limits apply to new activity.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Piiman, interfere with the service, evade limits, probe security, submit unlawful or harmful material, infringe others’ rights, or use automated access beyond the interfaces Piiman provides.
Service availability
Piiman may change features, supported sources, limits, or providers as the service develops. Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid unnecessary disruption, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Responsibility and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piiman is provided “as is” without implied warranties. Kittichot Kamalapirat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded where you live.
Ending use
You may stop using Piiman or delete your account at any time. Access may be suspended or ended for material misuse, legal requirements, or threats to the service or other people. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through Apple.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bangkok, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
